okie...Cardio sucks

So...that's happening to you! Entangled in your own web of cardio? That sure happens all the time. The debate runs long whether it's cardio or weights. Some try to strike a balance between the two and fail miserably because the balance they should be trying is an askewed one. Been fifteen years lifting weight and on to boxing, I have spent years what's the right note. So here it is!

For a perfectly chiseled body and keeping it in shape the year round is indeed difficult but not impossible. The keyword here is muscles. Yes, they help you lose fat. Gear your excercise towards muscle building rather than simply fat loss. A 40-minute weight training session followed by an intense 5-minute cardo actually does the trick. So what type of cardio? The best one is definitely bursting in a sprint and slowing down naturally as the energy spurt declines. Remember, you have already been working out for 40 minutes. Quite a warm-up. Isn't it?

Oi.....there's nutrition too. That's the big one. Usually a combination of aminos and vitamins work towards filling the muscle bellies and giving them what they want -so tht you get what you want! Aminos from whey is good if the supplement is rated to contain 100 percent whey. If not just take Amino tablets of your favourite brand.

For proper absorption, take vitamin E and B-complex together with the aminos.

Okie...now move your bum to the gym.
